An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides employee-owners with an ownership stake in the value of Neu Tool & Supply.

An ESOP is a qualified retirement plan, similar to a 401(k) plan, that is designed to purchase company stock and provide eligible employee-owners with a beneficial ownerships stake in the company.

What this means for you

Neu Tool’s ESOP has a six year vesting schedule. After one full year of employment you are enrolled in the ESOP plan. Contributions are made on your behalf by the organization in the form employee stock, and those shares grow in value as the organization grows. After 6 full years, you are fully vested.
